Payment methods:
At our site Percal Home you can pay for your orders by choosing one of the following payment methods.
1. Cash on delivery: your orders are sent through the cooperating courier company and you pay the price at the time of receipt. (extra charge 2 €)
2. Payment by credit or debit card through our site in a secure environment through the security system of EUROBANK bank.
3. Deposit in a bank account of our company.
4. Payment and collection in one of our stores.
Shipping methods:
The receipt of your order at Percal Home can be done in 2 ways. You can either pick it up at your door or from one of our stores in Gyzi and Egaleo. If you choose to pick up from the store, then you are not charged with shipping costs regardless of the cost of your order.
For orders under 60 € the charge will be 3.5 €.
In case you choose a method of payment by cash on delivery, the charge will be 2 € extra.
VOLUME CHARGE
The charge for each shipment depends on the combination of volume and weight. If the volume of your order is greater than the weight, then the charge is made with based on the volume and is calculated by multiplying the three dimensions of the package and dividing by 5000.

In the case where a product in the basket belongs to one of the following categories:
1. Blankets Semi-Double / Double / Children (from two pieces and more)
2. Sleeping Pillows (from two pieces and up)
3. Bridal Layers
4. Quilts
5. Carpets / Bedroom sets / Children's Carpets / Mats
then free shipping is not valid, and the charge is from

Bulky products are recommended for collection from our stores.
Return Policy:
1. If the product you bought is different from the one you ordered or defective, you can return it within 5 working days from the day you received it. Shipping costs are borne by our company.
2. If you are not satisfied with the product you bought, there is the possibility of returning it within 5 working days from the day you received it. Shipping costs are borne solely by you. You have the option to replace the product or get a refund by phone.
In both cases, after receiving the product we will inform you about the issuance of the return document.
Returns are not accepted:
1. If the product is not in the original condition in which you received it (it must not have been washed, it must have all its labels and its packaging must be intact).
