The PERCALHOME website is an online store selling products and services via the internet (hereinafter referred to as the "online store" or "website") of the Greek company Kechagias Nikolaos with the distinctive title Kechagias Nikolaos and Co. OE (VAT number 8005367, Egaleo based in Athens (42 Smyrnis Aigaleo) and will be mentioned hereafter for the sake of brevity.

Purchase products through the online store

Product returns / Right of withdrawal

The refund corresponding to the products ordered by the customer is completed within 14 calendar days from the date the Company is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw. The Company is entitled to delay the refund until it receives the goods back or until the customer provides proof that he has sent the goods back, whichever comes first. The Company will execute the above refund using the same means of payment that the customer used for the initial transaction unless there is an agreement between the two for something different.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
